Yes. Upgrades require confirmation of prorated charges and successful payment. Reductions take effect at renewal after capacity overages are resolved. Cancel before renewal to end service at the current period end. Your first software payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Self-service builder and partner setup and routine software support are included. Assisted brokerage setup starts at $500 once, for an agreed import and training scope. Complex migrations, marketing, development and ongoing managed services are quoted separately.
No. Builders can be discovered independently and display their own contact details. A builder subscription does not purchase brokerage lead handling, representation or commissions. Managed inquiries require an accepted brokerage partnership and active brokerage access.
No. Directory participation, brokerage endorsements and factual verification are separate. Payment alone does not create a relationship, endorsement or verification. Sponsored placements must be labeled.
Paid tools and public paid listings pause. Records are preserved, with a 30-day read-only export window and 90-day content recovery. Required legal and audit retention is handled separately.
All prices are in USD, before applicable tax. Annual billing is not offered during the initial pilot. Each business subscribes independently; agents join through brokerage-funded seats.
